This morning woke up sick as a dog throwing up and bad stomach pains once agin

I feel better now ,that was happing at 6:00 till 8:40 am now its 1:05 i feel a lot better i think it was the stomach Flu😩

a simple and highly effective cure for viral gastroenteritis: boil carrots for 1 hour, don't let the water level go below boiling carrots, then puree, add back boiling water, add sea salt, eat, and feel better within an hour.
