Do you use a VPN?

Which one would you recommend?

RiseupVPN, MullvadVPN, and ExpressVPN are some of the best as far as I know.

Riseup is completely free and funded by donations, but it doesn't have some of the functionality of the other VPNs. Good if you just want privacy for web browsing and nothing else.

Mullvad is one of the most private VPNs to my knowledge, and the speed is decently fast. Only concerning thing is that it's servers are based in Sweden, which is a part of the Four Eyes.

ExpressVPN is very fast but pretty expensive. They're okay for privacy. Use this one if you want to play games, torrent, or stream.

@NeutronSynapse Haha, yeah. Nowadays I can't stand using social media/forums without knowing that I am completely anonymous. The internet is more fun that way for me.

Depends on how far you want to go with things... Remaining 100% anonymous requires a lot of discipline that most people don't have. You have to make sure to not make any slip ups. I'm just gonna guess that you want privacy in a more reasonable way.

In that case, you should be good enough with the VPNs I mentioned, also consider changing your browser if you use Firefox or anything google.
My personal favorite is Pale Moon, but to each their own.

This site is a good one if you want to learn more about web browsers:

@CharcoalBlack I usually use duckduckgo, and not on firefox. I will check out Pale Moon.

@NeutronSynapse DuckDuckGo is good for the most part, definitely better than Google lol. I wouldn't trust them 100% though, they haven't kept their promises with some things like "having no cookies". I think Searx is pretty great as far as privacy search engines go.

@DukeOfEarle +1, one of my favorites
