Honey wings are fabulous...deep fried coating, with the little drumettes being my favorite. They sell them at the hot food counter at Market Basket. But I am so particular about how crispy the wings or drumettes are cooked, that my best bet will always be drumsticks, because the skin is more easily removed if they've messed it up.
