What do you do to stay in shape?

I do a bit of yoga in the pre-dawn for flexibility, go down to the barn at 7 am to feed the horses, and afterwards do a couple of training rides.
On the return to the house (shack), I run up the hill.
Necessary, because the rest of the day is sedentary, reading, researching and writing.
