Ex-alcoholic here. 👋🏽 Getting sober and leaving alcohol behind was the smartest decision I could have ever made for myself. You're going to face lots of ups and downs, relapses and urges, frustration and the feeling of defeat. But in the end, when the worst of it is behind you, you'll feel amazing. Physically and mentally.
