You know what's hard? Trying to be more ladylike

I'm still far too aggressive. Wanting to fight everyone who looks at me sideways or swearing like a sailor is not very ladylike and I know it but at the same time I can't help it. I've always been a temperamental and volatile person. I got kicked out of gymnastics when I was a kid because I punched another kid for picking on me. Even with less testosterone in my body now I'm still very I'll tear your throat out with my teeth like.
What stage of transition are you in?

The Testosterone does disappear eventually.

When I had my stallion gelded he was 12 years old and had sired 19 foals.
He was always a gentle and calm horse, very easy to handle and to train, but he was dominant within the herd in all the ways that wild stallions are.
It took him an entire year to lose all traces of testosterone from his body. He no longer showed any desire for sex or interest in mares (as anything other than buddies). He lost all interest in fighting other stallions, and also lost interest in play-fighting with other geldings.
At the end of the year, he has retained the habits of dominance expressed towards the other horses - and they all defer to him. They were, by that stage, programmed into his character.

I think for humans to change patterns of aggression takes something more than hormones and neurotransmitters.

We need to understand the sources of our impatience and anger, the underlying feelings of fear, anger, pain or shame, to know what triggers us, and what our needs are.
Once we know these and are able to recognise them instantly in the present moment, then we need to learn how to communicate them, and also how to listen to others.
It's a long process of personal growth through practise, but the results are tangible and immediate - things just keep improving.

If you are M to F - then probably these processes would be extremely helpful to you.

If you're interested, I can offer several sources for that type of learning, easily available.

Some girls are like that too.
