uugghh ! i like the Temperature outside the cooler air , its raining outside too , but just one

Problem its too Damn Noisy , i live right beside a 4 lane Blvd and the vehicles of all types swishing by on the wet street , the only way to have peace is to close my Balcony doors and leave em open a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch to muffle the noise down but it stops a lot of the coolness from getting in too , and no other windows or air circulation in my apartment either , on real humid days ugh ! its even worse
