They are Arabs

@Shine Not necessarily, but they are technically Asians.

It is almost as if the answer isn't that simple, but the majority of middle eastern people identify as Arab

@Moonpenny Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, UAE, Yemen, Oman Lebanon, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, are Middle Eastern nations.
In comparison to Iran, Israel(which is a byproduct of colonial interference of European powers) and Turkey.
They are relevant to this discussion, because they identify as Arab.
Why would I include the African nations who identify as Arab when we are talking about Middle Eastern people?

@Shine You've missed the point completely. Go back to your original statement:
They are Arabs
I assume you mean all Middle Easterners are Arabs, because that is what you imply.
Not all Middle Easterners are Arabs ..... Iranians are not.
That is the only point I'm trying to make. Ask the Iranian people on here.
Thank you for your time. If you don't agree with this, it's fine but don't try to blind me with inconsequential bullshit just to get the upper hand.
I'm out.
