U.S.A. - Should We Scrap the Whole Thing?

Maybe just start over again from scratch... Rename the states, redraw the borders, write a new constitution, build a new capitol. Everything fresh and new! Wouldn't it be nice to have that new country smell again?

Constitution is fine, but what various judges have done to it is not.
