@FurryFace: The good thing was I could do my shopping during the morning hours and have the stores to myself, get the best bargains on Thursdays and Fridays at yard sales because most people are working then, and go out and walk or whatever and not have a lot of traffic around me. I started cleaning out the stored stuff in my garage and made 8 trips to the flea market about 30 miles from here with my car loaded, made more money than I would have if I'd had a big yard sale, and I just didn't have the energy to do it while I was still working.

@FurryFace: I don't throw out good useable items. It seems like the more stuff I gave away the more stuff I got. I worked at the university and students would throw away a lot of good items (even new things like smaller Christmas gifts they didn't want) and why let those go to waste and be thrown in a dumpster? I've given away carloads of things to people and for disasters like tornadoes or fires too, and everything was stuff I would have used myself but I already had enough.

i threw out all my old computers and big stereo speakers , i never hardly used it , i use the computer now , people say i should have sold it on ebay yeah like i know how to do that stuff

@FurryFace: someone would have bought it there, Craigslist you can list for free and not have to pay a percentage of what you make when you sell it.

i don't know how to use those sites plus getting a paypal account is a hassle from Quebec they don't use the same institution numbers for Banks over here so you can't just fill it out online

@FurryFace: you don't need paypal for Craigslist, and you could figure that one out how if works I'm sure...take a pic with your webcam, won't be a top quality photo but it would work if it was something someone was looking for. My sister sold a lot of stuff on Craigslist, books, small electric heaters and junk she no longer needed that she'd bought at yard sales for little or nothing.

@FurryFace: well duh, if you have a computer you can message each other back and forth till you figure a time for them to come over and look at the stuff you want to sell.

I hope not, I hate when someone rolls their eyes, especially adults. I want to slap them and tell them to go to their room till they stop that. Had a supervisor who did it and that was so unprofessional.

@FurryFace: Not if you've ever raised a teenage girl, oh no it's not one bit cute when they do that. The next thing is that they start slamming doors when you tell them no about something they want. Then you have to go get the hammer and a big long nail and show them how easy it is to pop the pins out of the door hinges and remove the door from their room so they won't have the opportunity to slam their door again.

@FurryFace: Had to do something, if we got wrote up for noise violations 3 times we would have had to move out. Just telling her something wasn't enough, I had to show her.
