Who is this Trigglypuff and why does she feel the need to interrupt people while they are speaking?

Trigglypuff is the epitome of the social justice movement as well as the unofficial mascot for social justice warriors. As for why she interrupts people, she thinks anyone speaking opinions she doesn't agree with constitutes as hate speech and shouldn't be allowed to speak. And in a blatant display of hypocrisy, she feels she has the right to disrupt those people because she's protected by free speech. According to her and SJWs in general, freedom of speech only applies when someone is saying something you want to hear.
