A couple of things come to mind...
...are you a smoker?
...are you a bit overweight?
...does your family have a history of heart trouble?
...are you doing any kind of cardio fitness?
...are you taking any antihistamines like pseudoephedrine?
...do you mess around with meth? (No offense intended)
...these are a few questions that a doctor might ask that relate to elevated heart rates...
Good luck 🤗🤗🤗

@Mandalorian smoker, underweight most likely, yeah my family has heart issues and no meth or cardio or meds
@TempuraShrimp I would try to cut back on the smokes and do some regular light cardio work like cycling, and that should give you some positive results for starters...cheers!

Is it all the time or just after you stand up? Could you possibly have POTS -Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. It affects younger as well as older people so maybe google it and see if it sounds like your condition. Perhaps see a doctor.

it could be something as simple as being dehydrated, to something more serious.
see a doc and get a metabolic panel/blood work done.
in the meantime, relax. have a glass of water. maybe look up some videos on Tai Chi and/or meditation.

60 to 100 is the normal heart rate for an adult. Considering you are thin then that may be the normal for you.

Do you have a lot of anxiety? Hypertension?
TempuraShrimp · 26-30, M

@TempuraShrimp Anxiety can increase heartrate, but you should be checked by a doctor if you're concerned about it.
