Just how am i supposed to balance taking orders for both cafe and drive thru and get and warm all the food while trying to smile and remain calm?

I can't do it. The drive thru line is endless. The cafe is open now and I'm trying to take those orders too and people are ordering tons of food and oh theres mobile order food too. I just can't do it. I got extremely frazzled and was frantically trying to remember what someone ordered and I said ok I'll just roll with it. My manager walked by and laughed at me saying that and I wanted to scream at her.

Listen pal we are stupidly understaffed and I have too much on my plate and nobody can help me. I do not need your crap and I'm trying not to have a mental breakd0wn because I'm about to start throwing things

Sounds like my last job, except warehouse instead of food. Expected to do three very intense and busy jobs at the same time without screwing up. It wasn't possible, but the people upstairs didn't seem to understand that.

@raysam363 they are acting like we are a diner and no we arent. We just have pastries and stupid crappy frozen sandwiches and it's all overpriced crap. We dont have enough for everyone so quit ordering like it's bob Evan's or some shit

My last job used to be like this. Me and several other people just had to stop caring because they would keep bringing in too many people. I would just tell myself it's their fault and work at my normal speed. It's awkward when clients are mad at you for going too fast and your bosses are yelling at you to go faster 🤷‍♀️
