How deep does information mining go?

Basically I am a nobody, a civilian, no government ties, no technology ties, just an average guy, so why would someone in Vietnam be trying to hack my email account? A personal email at that. This is ridiculous.

@SweetMae Not before I jumped on one of his posts telling him to leave me alone! He never deleted it, he just wouldn't say anything. It was on a post about asking who owned this website.🤔hmmmm
