Lack of sleep well make it worse, the anxiety .... You may need to retrain your mind... Bed is not the reading or social media, sleeping only (well, mostly).

I hope the anxiousness goes away so you can sleep peacefully!

Stop eating sugar and drinking caffeine.

You gotta see a doc for that. My sleep has been horrible because of anxiety but I can't afford a doc. If you can, don't waste time.

@Lalala okay listen. Do you have a side job? Or do you get pocket money? If yes, try online therapy at least, I mean talking it out with a psychotherapist can really clear your mind and help you calm down. Therapy can really help you organize your thought processes as well.

The first thing is to find out what you are anxious about, then try and work it out. Once you have done that you may be able to sleep better. Hope it goes well 🤗

Don't try to force yourself to sleep, it will make it worse. Distract yourself by watching something funny or chatting with someone. You can also try Progressive Muscle Relaxation
