I run for my mental health.
I try to eat healthy (though my own cooking is lousy.)
I try strength training (hate it) for my physical health.
I talk to people and read positive things.

@SW-User I want to run again but I can't because if the impact on my hip. Hopefully soon I can get the brakes fixed on my bike so I can go bike ride

@Soramarie Running is tough on the body. I knew it could mess up the knees, but didn't think about how it could wear on other joints. Makes sad that it's not the best way to exercise, but I like it so much.

@SW-User have you tried swim? It's not easy but it's amazing and you get a similar feeling
