Working out 5 days a week does a lot for me. Plus eating healthy, drinking lots of water. When my mood takes a dive, I listen to my mix on youtube and do some work. Synthwave ftw lol

@Soramarie Find something you'd enjoy, like a hobby. Or try a different thing every day until you get hooked on something you really love.
