I hate how everything relies on technology and computers

I'm not the most savvy person and half the time I dont know what I'm doing. Everything is getting too complicated and too many steps to do simple shit. Signing in at the doctors office oh you have to do that shit online or on some tablet. Why cant I just write my name down on some paper like we did in the olden days. Simple,easy and done

I agree about the physician’s office. I felt like it took twice as long to sign in. At least request that I fill that stuff out online prior to arriving at the office. That would’ve been more understandable than poking around this gross, greasy tablet.
