That is great! Been there, done that. Many years ago in my 40s, I had a bad back and sciatica in my left leg. It took a while to get over all of that, and even when I did, I was left with some nerve damage. It's great to be over that and when the sciatica does pop back up, fortunately for me it's quick and done. Best wishes for a healthy, pain-free future!
