How do you get to know people who never post?

Sometimes I look in the explore people list and see someone whose profile looks interesting but then I see they have no posts and I don't know if its ok to message them. I think probably not because they would post if they want to talk? But then I wonder why they come here at all?

Mostly they are fake or atl accounts

@SimplyMeChantou I suspect some are. Especially if their groups are all of a sexual, or fetish nature, and numerous photos of "themselves" as a young, attractive woman.
