Do you have bipolar? If so, are you taking medications?

I was diagnosed with schizoaffective a while back. Its kind of like bipolar+schizophrenia. I take meds because my life is hell off of them. I don't get any side effects or anything from mine so there are no downsides.

Doc says I am, therapist says I'm not, I sometimes think I am (but mild version) bc of my highs and lows. No meds.

I don't know...I've certainly exhibited symptoms before but never been to a psychologist for diagnosis and have never been on medication. My moods can be quite extreme. Rather crippling sometimes.

Sometimes I do think I might be. But only mild. So I work through it. Others have it a trillion times worse.

Truly? I really don't know.

No, but my brother is bipolar. He takes medication. We actually take the same medication, except I take an anxiolytic too, I have OCD and depression.
