Not really, I keep forgetting even about surveillance cameras around me. My ex-coworker was shaken when she learned we were watched in real time by boss' brother. I didn't care as long as he stayed away from me.

This is just creepy. You should add another lock to your apartment since he probably has a key.

sprinkle powder on the floor to see if he enters to smell your undies while you're not home

That is why I hated renting...I had two landlords that way, and one even had neighbors spying for her and reporting back to her (then she'd question me about it).

Yes. My mother had full camera surveillance on me at home, even in the bathroom, and had other people assigned to watch me outside of our home. Plus she interrogated me under drugs in the middle of the night, and gave me sudden intimidating interrogations about anything I did or anyone I talked to away from home.
