Did I just spend 3 hours failing to work out a maths question. Cried, took a break, came back and got it straight away?

Yup.

I've never felt so frustrated I swear.

I am a mathematician. Sometimes it takes a while to figure things out. And there is still so much I do not know or that is over my head.

@JoyfulSilence oh really? That's pretty cool. I enjoy maths, but I often find I always seem to make small mistakes and it messes with my final answer. And it gets so frustrating when I fell like I'm stuck on a real simple question. 🤯

@SeductiveCactus Yes. In college I graded math homework and so many errors were little. Proofreading helps. And breaking things out into little steps.
