So you know this for a fact ? I don’t think so . I’m not one of them but when I was 15 and my mother was killed in a car accident , they were there to help my family even though we didn’t believe the way they did .

Is that the only Christian group that you say does such a thing. Because the pentecostal church I attended was nothing like you state.

@ZechariahSitchin invented there own docrines? When I was going what they taught was in the Bible, you must have had a bad experience some place to feel that way. But that is your opinion. Every church isn't the same. Taking your anger out on every pentecostal person is ridiculous. But your going to do what your going to do, just don't let the anger get your blood pressure up and you have a heart attack, let go of some of it.

@ZechariahSitchin 1 Corinthians 14 :: NIV. Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy. For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. ... He who prophesies is greater than one who speaks in tongues, unless he interprets, so that the church may be edified. For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries with his spirit. But everyone who prophesies speaks to men for their strengthening, encouragement and comfort. He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church.1 Corinthians 14 :: NIV. Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy. For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries with his spirit. The New Testament describes tongues largely as speech addressed to God, but also as something that can potentially be interpreted into human language, thereby "edifying the hearers" (1 Cor 14:5,13). At Pentecost and Caesarea the speakers were praising God (Acts 2:11; 10:46). Paul referred to praying, singing praise, and giving thanks in tongues (1 Cor 14:14–17), as well as to the interpretation of tongues (1 Cor 14:5), and instructed those speaking in tongues to pray for the ability to interpret their tongues so others could understand them (1 Cor 14:13). While some limit speaking in tongues to speech addressed to God – "prayer or praise",[43] others claim that speech in tongues is revelation from God to the church, and when interpreted into human language by those embued with the gift of interpretation of tongues for the benefit of others present, may be considered equivalent to prophecy. You speak of falling down, I don't know exactly what you mean unless it's like I seen on TV where when a preacher prays for someone and then touches them they go back. I'm sure it's over exaggerated because I've seen it up close and personally experienced it, it was no a push or nobody told me to do it, I simply went limp and fell back. Was it the spirt, I believe it was, I hit my head on the alter and I was told but I didn't know it and there was no evidence of it on my head. I understand the Bible just fine, what you might read I will read in a different way, God helps us to understand it, I'm not going to argue with you about it because I can't change what you feel the way you can't change the way I feel.
Pick any religion. Any denomination and you will find the same thing. But I doubt Jesus would stoop to such petty levels.

I take your point about the Charismatics, but ...
It was not "the Jews" he chased out of what we'd call a synagogue, but money-lenders. They probably were Jews but so were almost everyone else in that region at that time, including of course Jesus himself.

Jesus wasn't against putting on a show or taking the last two coins of some poor woman.

'They are mentally ill freaks who belong in the psych ward. Or in prison, for all the money they have stolen from gullible, vulnerable, poor, and simple minded people'.
Sounds like Christianity to me.

Know them well... they are among the worst of the indoctrinated. Watching one of them speak - excuse moi - spew venom, that was very reminiscent of nazi rally footage.

I'm not quite ready to dismiss people from Christianity because I disagree with their emphasis
