Do you feel it is safe to start opening the country or do you think we need to wait a little longer?

Well they obviously can't wait for there to be zero new cases because that simply isn't going to happen. If there is consistent decline I'm thinking states have to start trying.
@Stereoguy I think opening immediately is an awful idea...and a good way to probably make things as bad as when it started, if not worse. Honestly my thoughts are all over the place with this...glad I'm not the one that has to make the decision, lol.
