Do you feel it is safe to start opening the country or do you think we need to wait a little longer?

There’s no one size fits all answer to this. There are some industries in some areas where they can achieve social distancing while getting some work done and others where it’s next to impossible. I also think there needs to be a focus on the food supply chain and keeping that moving as safely as possible, because if the food supply gets seriously disrupted, that will open a whole new layer of issues.. If there were widespread testing available, it might be a different discussion, but that ball was fumbled months ago and continues to be fumbled.
