One thing that amazes me is every since we have been at home is the number of siren's I keep hearing every day. Why the increase?

Same here. We have a nursing home across the street. And I see them pulling in there. And crime has gone up 85% in Seattle.

The police are working on it and told the businesses that they must board up their buildings, etc. @Stereoguy

Read an article, people are calling the police for the most ridiculous reasons. They can't find toilet paper, neighbor's are coughing etc.

Domestic violence is up and so are robberies. Probably wasn't a good idea for them to release prisoners out onto the street.

There have been an increase in calls but I think that since regular traffic is down the sirens get amplified without the background noise.

As people are forced to social distance domestic violence, sexual violence, violence against childrena and violence towards the LGBTQ preople has gone up exponectially.

Domestic violence is on the uptick because of families being cooped up together
