How are tweakers surviving under quarantine? Isn't it a bit more dangerous to get a delivery? What do they do with all the time if they do successfully score?

i think there is a huge concern about skid row in LA. we have a big homeless population too due to our weather. there are over 125 tents. they are trying to social distance them to no avail.

They are going around with cloths bags looking for stuff to steal from backyards and unlocked vehicles. Anything they can get their hands on to steal. Have been reading a local website for neighbors.

I have wondered what will happen in places like San Francisco and Las Vegas where the streets are crowded with homeless drug addicts.
