This dog jumped out of the car and was strangling it's self so I went and lifted him up and the lady too busy to care just talks on her phone

@MethDozer yeah and the dog peed all over me. And scratched her car door up but she didn't seem to care. The only thing she said was "We're too close I hope one of us isn't sick"
