This dog jumped out of the car and was strangling it's self so I went and lifted him up and the lady too busy to care just talks on her phone

I see a lot of things like that. It's getting worse. Very scary times we live in.

3/4 of the people with them would be better off with a stuffed animal than a real one.

keeping it inside their house or in a 5x5ft cage all day and not interacting with it is more cruel than what most people complain about as being animal cruelty...
