Did you ever do this easy craft when you were young?

I remember in grade school some of us would use elmer's glue to draw something on a paper, then we would sprinkle shaved crayons over it and let it dry

The neon crayons were the best. I'd also do it my desk then you have plastic with flecks in it.

@CoffeeFirst I never made a necklace...but we also made things with popcicle sticks. Elmer's glue was a kid's first doorway to artistic expression.

@CoffeeFirst No...just reminiscing. I still have the very first bowl (I think it was supposed to be an ash tray for my dad, never used of course) that I ever made with clay. Crude but nostalgic, that thing is nearly 50 years old now.
