Ideas for hamburger meat?

I need ideas I get burnt out.
The ol Man is such a fuss people ass....(his arthritis n shoulder are acting up so no fun)

Skillet stroganoff. Brown the ground meat and add mushroom bits and pieces, a can of cream of mushroom soup, a little sour cream and red wine. Mix into a sauce and pour over noodles.
