I made a mild chili with the last package of hamburger I used. I chopped two large onions and sauteed them in olive oil, and before they were 1/4 done I added the hamburger and chopped it. when the hamburger was chopped and browned, I added 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of Bush's chili beans, undrained, and 1 can of black beans. For seasonings, 1 added 1 tsp sea salt, about 1 Tablespoon garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon ground cumin, and a light sprinkling of hot Mexican chili powder.
I covered that and cooked it on low heat for about 45 minutes to an hour.
