Bleh. I took two years of Spanish in high school and I understood less when I left than I did when I went in. I'd like to learn it though.

We had some shitty teachers... One used to cry all the time... didn't teach, and the other, me and my friends used to sneak outta the classroom while she was teaching, she never noticed. lol

Yeah bad teachers never help >.> My teachers as people were okay but focused more on grammar and how to write in Spanish than they did on the vocabulary and how to speak it. I feel like speaking is a little more important, or at least because of where I live.

I had six consecutive years of Spanish in grade school with the same teacher. What was his name? Something Latino sounding, maybe Carlos, maybe Miguel, maybe Santos? Nope, his name was Walter Blair, a Black man who grew up in the projects in London, England. So Walter fucking Blair knew how to do ONE THING when speaking Spanish and that is how to properly conjugate verbs. So I learned six years of how to conjugate the same eight verbs. I can conjugate any motherfucking verb in Spanish better than anyone on Earth. BUT I CAN'T SPEAK ANY OTHER FUCKING SPANISH SO THANK YOU WALTER BLAIR, THANKS A LOT 😠

There are only three or four verb patterns in Spanish so if you know them you can speak much more than you realize!@BlueMetalChick: @BlueMetalChick:

@Motherfuckerjones: The ones he taught us were yo, tu, nosotros, vosotros, and the male and female pronouns.
