Here's a thought - why dont you volunteer to be a counselor.

What do they do to try to help? Have you been to the doctors (A good understanding doctor)
Whats causing you to feel so bad & have you got any support from anyone? Its difficult to get out that frame of mind but you can if you get the right help. Talking is good. I hope you get the right help soon. 💓

I could have but instead I called another one. They sent me to my GP. And if you want I shall tell you everything. But you are far too valuable to tell.

I'm sorry, I wish you comfort in this difficult time. Sometimes the pain is so bad nothing can touch it. I know that feeling.
