Let's be prepared in a reasonable manner 🙂

Ok so, people are panicking and buying stuff that are not really necessary (of course it's subjective but we'll debate about that later). What are the things you have or planning to stock up to prepare this pandemic?

Of course the basics are sanitizer, wipes, grains, rice noodles, canned food, batteries, condense milk, 3 in 1 sachets, instant noodles etc... What else?

Cold medication, fever medication. I'm guessing that stuff is going to run out very fast

Oh and from the looks of your list, a source of protein would be good. It is the one macronutrient your body is constantly using up. I'm lazy so I literally just bought a few tubs of protein powder. lol, but something healthier would be good

@plungesponge But that again i think is just something to make people feel happier about being able to do something for themselves.
I doubt much of that medication will be virus effective.

Not so much for the virus, but for common flu and also to deal with the virus symptoms like fever. I'm anticipating the hospitals will be too busy to deal with anything so having medication at home for common ailments is part of my prep

@Picklebobble2 I have lots of it, but I agree with you. It's not treatment just like over the counter therma-flu won't kill the flu. It just provides temporary relief from symptoms.

@Stereoguy I've even started taking immune booster supplements to try prevent the usual sickness. Unlike the US, Australia hasn't even started with it's cold season yet so the virus for us is only going to be more severe over the next few months. Gonna be a rough ride
