What’s the difference between an American hotdog and a Frankfurt?

Frankfurters are pork that you'd actually choose to eat.
Expensive hotdogs are meat, from animals bones, any animals.
cheap hotdogs have a high percentage of lips and assholes in them.

Surely it's creepy to be eating skin?

Frankfurters are not skinless as far as I know.

Skinless is better. Skin is just gross
