Yes, but you need to dedicate yourself to healthy eating, exercise daily and give up alcohol. Does your body ache after the last workout? Good, you're doing something right. Now don't stop.

@Synyster thanks, just started 4 weeks ago 5× a week... I just need to get the diet piece in place and yes, stop drinking. But wine... haha
