If money and time were not an option...buy a suitably sized RV and take an around the country road trip with my wife seeing and doing things we've only been able to read about, talk about, or heard about (even if it took months to complete). The maybe visit England, Ireland, Scotland, and perhaps Australia.

Id say a tropical island of mutes and wine shall do me just fine...

I can be happy and comfortable pretty much anywhere as long as there is no agenda or schedule. I would prefer a certain level of comfort of course but I'll usually make the best of any situation.
