How many people, not specifically, do you think have more than one account here?

It was just a random thought and it doesn't actually bother me.
I am curious though as to their reasons for doing so, particularly if they're trying to display different personas.
It seems, to me, such a lot of effort to go to and for what?

@SW-User Why scary? You don't necessarily have to interact with them. AND you could alway just ask them outright if it is bothering you for some/any reason.

@Zoranna I'd think you don't know if you're talking to the same person on different accounts and I'd wonder why are they doing that. It's deceptive.
