Alright squad! Is this considered unhealthy?
I modified somethings and have been following the new and improved bella diet.
Essentially I'm going to the gym everyday for at least 1 hour though it's more like 90min.
I try to eat no more than 1,500 calories and if I can I try to eat under 1,000.
I am a genius!
I've also been calorie tracking all I eat extensively and have written down what I can eat at fast food places if I want McDonalds or something.
