Have you ever been accused of being a snob?

Yes. It started in 4th grade. I never received an allowance of any kind, but my father would pay me for every A I received on my report card. When I got all A's, I didn't know what to do with "all that money"...😂...so I bought ice cream from the ice cream truck for all the kids in my class. That ruined my reputation. Kids started to say that I was wealthy, and the more unkind they were, the quieter I became. This led, eventually, to the "snob" appellation.
