Im just gonna vent a little here cause i just feel like i want to

So my family is recommending me to work where my aunt works and she'll pick me up and everything...but my gripe with that is I kinda obviously want to be able to just go to work on my own and do my own stuff and I don't want to rely on my aunt to drive me to work everyday...and it's not only that to be honest, the truth is I think my aunt's kind of uhggto be around, I mean she's family and I don't hate her, she's just kinda loud a lot at times, she's a bit to intrusive as well with questions about stuff, and she just is non-chalantly uncaring sometimes (She'll sometimes make plans with my mom on doing something or going somewhere with us a lot of times and ends up never following through...) idk...it's a little of a mix both just wanting to rely on myself and do my own stuff, and not really liking being around my aunt...

You don't want to aggravate family but at the same time you want to be 'respectful' as long as they are respectful of your wishes too.

So you have to 'sell an idea' to her.

My advice, for what it's worth. Try it for a week to 'show appreciation'. Then say that you 'realize it's putting her out having to alter her day in order to help you out' and that 'from next week, now that you know where to go......you'd like to try getting there under your own steam.' Kinda thing.
