The best gift one can give oneself - is peace of mind. The best way to achieve this, is daily meditation. That calm mind state, then as soon as worry or fear thoughts enter you know and wave them goodbye.

Life is in each moment then the next, be with it as it is. ... (acceptance ) to be with it. ....then you won't rob you of each moment. .
