I got to hood at work an i think im gonna get fired

I shouldnt have but I fought with a customer who was being rude. I was working the front an I said to some lady hi what can i get for you. I say that to everyone an it usually good. Not this lady she said arent you suposed to say hi welcome to the place i work at what can i get for you today. I ignored her an ask if i can get her anything else. she then said what if i was your manager an i said you ain't and gave her the total. i know she got my name i saw her lookin at my badge few times i swear she got my name.

yeah i know i could have done it better but damn dont be comin up in a chicken place wanting things your way an thinkin you gonna get that top line 5 star resteraunt service. lady you in the wrong place this is a chicken place not some gorden ramsey place.

I don't kiss ass. I don't kiss my superior's ass and I damned sure don't kiss customer ass. I will be polite and professional, and if that's not enough for you, fuck off.

I went off on a customer only once because she was pushing and pushing and actually snapped her fingers in my face like I was a dog. I threw her ass out of the store then closed for the rest of the day. The company said I had to go to anger management or be fired. 😂 I did the anger management. But I left that job less than a year later because I found something else I liked better.
