I went off on a customer only once because she was pushing and pushing and actually snapped her fingers in my face like I was a dog. I threw her ass out of the store then closed for the rest of the day. The company said I had to go to anger management or be fired. 😂 I did the anger management. But I left that job less than a year later because I found something else I liked better.

People are jerks. Dont worry about it. It sounds as if you were polite for the most part. You didnt curse so she doesnt have a complaint.
