What is a good sleeping pill?

I seriously need to go to my doctor's to get prescription, I can't some with the insomnia. What pill is better for long term use?

Ambien worked until insurance took it away because once you turn a certain age you become a fall risk.
@SageWanderer what does fall risk mean?

@RadiantRuby When you get older and maybe a little less stable on your feet plus bones get brittle as you age. At 65 my insurance carrier will no longer pay for sleeping pills.

@SageWanderer That, and the major tendency of it to induce sleep walking and blacking out. Great stuff
