Is my math correct or am I just crazy?

Okay according to my fitness app I ate roughly 1,560 calories today. My lunch was 380 calories but I went to the gym after and burned about 756 calories on cardio alone and I have no idea what I burned on the weight machines. So if what I did at the gym erased my lunch and then some then I had under 900 calories today total to eat.

Calorie counting is nice, but understand that your body doesn't take a total in and out. Calories are in when they go in, so even with exercise you may only burn a little of what you ate and what you're eating now. In some cases, this means that you burn the the little you ate and a little fat, but pile on more later.

That being said, WHAT you eat is more important than calories.
