You have to keep it up to date, and with number spoofing scammers are finding ways around the list.

@raysam363 Yes, it happens to me all day long. I know who they are and they can kiss my ass.👀 I know they can see this!🤭 They stalk me everywhere but I don't care anymore. As long as they can't steal my money I'm fine. 🤑💵💰️
