Executive Assistant

@Pinkstarburst World's most important--and undervalued--job. I'm gonna need to hire a new one when mine retires at the end of this year, and I'm already panicking. She's kept everything running smoothly for me for 20 years.
@Harmonium1923 I know you are panicking but it will be okay...you are a good judge of character and strengths in people. Replacing the long-term assistants is always appealing to me. It shows they liked their person and the job. It also allows me to pick up where they left off and bring something fresh that you didn't even know you needed.

@Pinkstarburst Thanks. I'm going to really take my time with that hire and try to find the right person.

I'm a brine taster over at the pickle factory, but I'd rather be an olive stuffer.
